Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers, marketing, and manufacturing teams to develop innovative storage solutions that align with company objectives and market trends.
Design Development: Utilize your expertise in storage design to conceptualize, sketch, and create prototypes of home storage products, ensuring they meet functional requirements and quality standards.
Customer-Centric Approach: Conduct market research and analyze user needs to create products that are both appealing and practical for the end-users.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize state-of-the-art design tools to create models, drawings, and prototypes.
Sustainability Focus: Consider environmental factors in design, aligning with our commitment to sustainable and responsible manufacturing.
Quality Control: Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure all designs meet compliance and safety regulations.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the home storage industry, including new materials and design methodologies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably with a focus on home storage or related products.
Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in the following programs:
SolidWorks
AutoCAD
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Other industry-relevant tools
