Premium Packaging for USB-C Cables

We are seeking a structural packaging designer to develop a premium packaging solution for a new electronics accessory. The project involves delivering complete CAD files and 3D visualizations for a rigid, multi-layer box inspired by high-end consumer electronics packaging. The packaging will be tailored for our brand and designed to accommodate charging cables of various lengths.
**Key challenges include:**
- Designing a multi-layer structure using kraft materials, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and efficient production.
- Creating internal and external components that ensure product protection, attractive presentation, and clear product identification.
- Developing a universal solution adaptable to multiple cable lengths, optimizing material use and minimizing empty space.
- Integrating dedicated areas for branding, variable information, and graphical elements.
- Ensuring full compliance with the latest European sustainability and recyclability standards.
**Scope summary:**
- 3D CAD modeling and 2D technical drawings for all packaging components.
- High-quality 3D renders for concept visualization.
- Open dielines prepared for production.
- Step-by-step assembly guide and environmental compliance checklist.
**Application requirements:**
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three relevant sustainable packaging projects for electronics.
- Fixed-price proposal and estimated delivery timeline.
- Commitment to confidentiality: full specifications and reference images will only be shared with candidates who demonstrate suitable experience and technical capability.

This project covers digital development only (CAD and 3D); physical production will be handled by our own suppliers.
