Precision Consumer Product Design

Job ID: 40464959

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m turning a personal DIY concept into a market-ready consumer product and I need your help translating my rough sketches into a highly precise, manufacturable design. The end goal is a functional prototype that looks and feels retail-ready, so accuracy in dimensions, tolerances, and part fit is critical.

You’re free to suggest form-factor improvements and materials, yet everything has to stay feasible for standard mass-production methods such as injection-moulding or CNC. I work best with clear, annotated CAD models—SolidWorks or Fusion 360 are ideal—and photorealistic renders that communicate finish, colour, and scale.

Deliverables I expect:
• Fully parametric 3D CAD files with organised feature tree
• Dimensioned technical drawings suitable for a fabricator
• Two to three high-quality renders for presentation

Once files pass a quick print-fit test on my side, I’ll sign off so you can prepare the final manufacturing pack. If you have rapid-prototyping capacity or can advise on DFM tweaks, let me know; I’m keen to iterate quickly.
