Nozzle Design for 3D Printing
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have an existing 2 part mixing nozzle, see https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B09CK7P8NL?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details.
What I need is a way to connect that nozzle to 2 side by side flexible hoses, one filled with Part A and one with Part B. This connecting nozzle should have two distinct, sharp-ended inlets designed to pierce and attach securely to flexible hoses. This will allow the two parts to flow through the flexible hoses, up the 2 connector nozzles and then into the existing mixing nozzle to be mixed and released.
The pipes/hoses are 30mm in diameter.
Ideally as part of the job, you will order the mixing nozzles off Amazon to get accurate measurements and ensure the design will work and attach to the nozzle. Please advise me in your proposal if you will be doing this.
This part will be 3D printed, so ensure the design works well for 3d printing.
I have attached a very rough drawing to give some more context, apologies - I'm not a very good drawer, and it does look a bit funny. The part needed is in black, the hoses and nozzle I already have are in blue.
