Metal Stencil Design for CNC
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Create two files that are to be cut out of metal.
Given the design, you must turn it into a "stencil" so that the metal image does not "fall out" of the rectangular frame. This means that everything must be held in place by connecting supports that appear to be part of the design, and that these supports which hold the pieces in place do not distract that much from the image so that you can still tell what it is meant to be. The thinnest section of the metal should be .25".
