Mechanical Prototype for Mass Production
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a physical mechanical prototype designed and built, aimed at preparing for mass production. The prototype should be robust, functional and ready to be produced on a large scale.
- Ideal Skills: Mechanical engineering, Product design, Prototyping, Understanding of mass production processes
- Experience: Prior experience with creating mechanical prototypes for mass production is highly preferred.
cad drawings should include lightweight durable materials. Sizes and measurements was well. This item is to fit on enclosed travel trailers standard door openings and for recreational vehicles door opening. It should collapse directly under the door and expand into a ramp. Not too steep of angle but not too long. It wood br preferred if it weighed less than 15 pounds and supported weight of 400 lbs. I am simply trying to see if I can have this produced probably in china and sold online. I will need everything needed inn the designs to make that happen. Can you help with this?
