Mechanical Eng needed for device remodeling

We need a mechanical engineer to do the following missions on a light source device :
- 3d modeling for all parts (3d and 2d design )
- Technical/ fabrication drawings (manufacture's drawings)
- manufacture and production recommendations ( including but not limited to : material recommendation , BOM , Production process advises, …. etc ), in simple words we need to know the best options of material for each part and its fabrication process ( molding , welding , CNC ... etc )
- calculus of stability (physical analysis , FEA reports with different materials that we are considering to use )
- simple video for the assembly steps
- one of the most important steps is to confirm the fit and the sizes of the lamps, connections, and drivers in each part
- deciding the assembly process effect on the shipping boxes' sizes.

Delivery must be in the following formats : STEP, Solidworks assembly , solidworks parts , CAD , PDF
