Make a 2D/3D technical drawing of a board game accessory

Replacement Wargame Tray design project:
I am trying to replicate the existing design of an obsolete product. A game company that was very popular in the 1970s and 80s made specific trays to hold game parts that were an integral part of their products. This company has been out of business for many years, but collectors still have these products. These trays are aging, and there is demand for replacement trays. I am trying to manufacture a replacement product for this market. The tray can also be vastly improved with technological advancements.
The tray consists of 4 parts: 1) a base tray which consists of 24 small wells for holding parts, 2 larger wells, and a third small well to hold a die. 2) 2x plastic covers for the 2 sets of 12 wells 3) 1 larger clear plastic cover to cover the entire tray 4) a solid backer on the bottom of the tray so that they may be stacked.
I have attached a photo of the main tray and the two smaller plastic covers.
I need technical drawings to give to manufacturers in China, so I can get quotes for the production of these trays. I can provide the dimensions of all of the items.
The first photo shows the finished product with the cover on the main tray. These games had a paper insert that folded over the edges of the plastic cover.
