Looking for an industrial designer

Needing an industrial designer to draw up the design of the sun umbrella concept I am going to manufacture.
The manufacturer I’m working with needs a working design to follow.
I’ve got photos of of the frame and parts, but not the exact measurements so there will be some guess work to get the perfect prototype design.
