Looking for designers to make prototypes for sports gloves

Hello, I am looking for experienced design professionals to create 1-3 prototypes of American football gloves for me. I want them to be as water resistant as possible while still allowing them to have some flexibility but still fit tight to the hand as they are both important (will need quirks). They will be used in the elements (rain and snow), and I need them to be made with quality materials. The materials I want to use are natural rubber, nylon/polyester, and polyurethane.
