Looking for an Industrial Designer to design a silicone mat

We have developed a confectionery product (a lolly in the size and shape of underwear) which we would like to manufacture and introduce to the Australian market. Part of the process requires the use of a silicone mat, which is what we would like you to design, please. We require an accurate, representative design in a STEP file format, which we can give to our silicone mold manufacturer. We have a clear design in mind and set of requirements, including the size being approximately 120cm by 50cm and a rose print lace design.
