Laser Engraving Machine Controller Development

I need a skilled engineer to design and Development of a controller system for my laser engraving and cutting machine. The machine's intended use is primarily for working on small materials, up to 48x36". Here are the specifics of the project:
- The controller must be capable of working with a variety of materials, including wood, acrylic, metal, glass, leather, fabric and rubber.
- Ideally, the system should be designed to handle materials up to 1 inch in thickness.
The project requires someone who is experienced in controller design, particularly for laser engraving and cutting machines. The ability to translate these requirements into a functional and efficient system is crucial. Prior experience with ADTECH and RUDIA(RD) machines or similar systems would be highly advantageous.
