Knife Sharpener for circular Doner Kebab knives -- 2

Project Overview:
I am seeking a skilled freelancer with experience in mechanical engineering to design a mounting mechanism and case for a knife sharpener that can sharpen circular doner kebab knives . I’m building a user-friendly knife sharpener specifically for circular doner kebab knives with a diameter ranging from 70 mmm to 200mm.
The objective of this project is to design a user-friendly, efficient mounting mechanism and case for a circular doner kebab knives to enhance sharpening precision and safety.

I’m seeking a mechanical engineer that can design the follows two parts:
• A mechanism to mount circular doner kebab knife (ranging between 70mm to 200mm) on a DC or stepper motor (preferably a nema 17) so it can be rotated. This mechanism needs to be user-friendly meaning that the knife can be mounted and dismounted without the use of addition tools or bolts. The mechanism should ensure stable and even rotation of the knife at speeds suitable for effective sharpening without causing damage to the knife edge.
The center mounting hole of circular doner kebab knives differ between a minimum 10 and maximum 20 millimeters
• A case for the mounting mechanism named above. This case needs to have enough room for a circular doner kebab knife (ranging between 70mm to 200mm). And the case needs to have a lid that can be opened to easily mount and dismount a circular doner kebab knife. The maximum dimensions of case are 300x300x160 mm. the lid needs to also have a locking mechanism so the case can not be opened while knife is spinning
When designing the case and mounting mechanism the freelancer needs to take into account that the parts need to be mainly made of stainless steel (plastic or glass can also be used if necessary).
I expect the freelancer to deliver the following:
• A mechanism to mount a circular doner kebab knife(ranging from 70mm to 200mm) on a DC or stepper motor. This mechanism needs to be user-friendly meaning that the knife can be mounted and dismounted without the use of addition tools or bolts.
• Advise on which DC or stepper to use for the mechanism named above.
• A case for the mechanism and motor named above that is not larger then 300mm x 300mm x 160mm. The case needs to have a lid that be opened to easy mount and dismount a circular doner kebab knife.
• 2D and/or 3D drawings/models for the case and knife mounting mechanism. These files need to be delivery in a file type that can be opened and edited in Autodesk Inventor Professional or in Autodesk Fusion 360.
• A Bill Of Materials(BOM) for the mounting mechanism and case.
