Budget: ₹250,000 – ₹500,000 INR
I am in the early stage of a new venture, aimed at designing a unique and engaging toy for school-age children. This idea stage of this product demands creative brilliance, experience, and understanding of the age group it’s being developed for.

- Imagine and reimagine scenarios in which products will be used.
- Set up the target segment on a scale from primary to potential.
- Assess the potential of the segment aiming to enter.
- Conduct user research of the target segment with a minimum sample size of 12-14.
- **Step 2 (3 weeks): Explore Possibilities**
- Organize workshops in various design schools within our network.
- Explore various possibilities around key opportunity areas.
- Create a range of product concepts considering current user scenarios and future interventions by 2030.
- **Step 3 (10 weeks): Product Design**
- Develop concepts by connecting user expectations, scenarios, dreams, and pain points.
- Validate concepts with the target segment to check overall acceptance.
- Begin design for manufacturing (DFM) stage, allowing for up to 2 products within this timeline.
- **Step 4 (6-8 weeks): Positioning & Communication
- Work on product positioning, brand positioning, price positioning, and brand & PR communication.
