Industrial designer

I am looking to hire an experienced industrial designer to help me create a product with improved functionality. The product I have in mind is cutlery. Although I already have a rough idea of the design, I am open to suggestions on how best to improve the functionality without sacrificing form or sacrificing aesthetic. Because of the precision required to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing product, I am looking for someone with prior experience in this field.
