Industrial design for a small desktop data display product
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a product engineering consultancy in Switzerland. We have designed a real time data monitor product with a small screen and 7 segment numerical display on a single PCB.
For production, we would like to mount the PCB behind an aluminum face plate and have the case in the form of an equilateral triangle (see attached images) so it sits nicely on a desk. We would like the back of the case to be made of wood and the bottom to have a transparent strip to let light shine out of the bottom (images attached).
We need help with the design of the case including competent design, materials and assembly for volume production.
Please only reply if you have this exact know-how and experience. If you have knowledge of volume case production, this would be great.
