Industrial design of Plastic covers for Medical product

We need to design a plastic cover series to add to Medical product.

From our drawing we need to apply this parts:

Detail A: Plastic or Rubber cover to close the shock absorber area. Attention, the cover must be suitable to the movement of mechanism
Detail B: Plastic cover for back part of electric actuator
Detail C: Plastic cover for Clamp area
Detail D and E: Plastic cover at the top of pipe to hide the mechanical parts of load cells at the top of the wheels
Detail F: The electronic box can be moved on the frame according Aesthetic Design you propose and must be covered with a plastic cover
Detail G: A socket plastic part for remote control that you can consider to place near the plastic cover of electronic box
You must design all covers with same family fit idea and considering to use 3d printing process to manufacture all this parts.

The work will be executed in 3d cad model, we will share with the designer the 3d step file.

First stage can be a proposal by sketch to evaluate before the modelling phase.

Output required will be all 3d step parts to print.
