I'm seeking an experienced electrical and mechanical engineer to design an ionizing battery module for industrial equipment. This battery module should have a long lifespan, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications. There are no specific size or weight constraints for this project, so the design can prioritize functionality over compactness or lightweight considerations.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in electrical and mechanical engineering
- Proven track record in designing battery modules, particularly ionizing ones
- Ability to design for longevity and durability
- Understanding of industrial equipment requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in design
You need to understand ionization, transistors, op-amps, and radioisotopes like am-241 that is used in smoke detectors. Deliverables are prototype ready bom, designs in both cad and drawings. We are aiming for a battery that has the constant power of a AA.
