Industrial Designer/Engineer - Raspberry Pi Housing Design
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Designer or Engineer for a short-term contract/project. The primary objective is to design a housing for a Raspberry Pi that can be securely mounted to a HoloLens (HL) device. This project involves incorporating a camera attachment onto the front of the HL, necessitating the design of small arms extending from the Raspberry Pi to the cameras.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge or access to a HoloLens device (preferred but not mandatory)
• Mandatory: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi development
• Mandatory: Previous design experience with Raspberry Pi and the ability to develop custom solutions
• Experience with RPi camera technology would be highly considered
• Proficiency in product design and development, with experience in creating housing or enclosures for electronic devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Raspberry Pi
• Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques, such as 3D printing, laser cutting
