Indoor-Outdoor Combustion Canister Design

Job ID: 39949717

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

Design drawings are required for an indoor-outdoor combustion canister, primarily intended for burning paper. For indoor use, the product must suppress open flames and smoke. It should operate without producing smoke or noticeable odors in a 10-square-meter enclosed space, ensuring that paper burning does not cause any disturbance to neighbors.

Lightweight: Total weight ≤ 15 jin (approx. 7.5 kg). Must be easy to carry up a slope with one hand.

Fast Burning: Capable of completely burning 3 standard bags of paper ingots within 5 minutes.

Safety:

Surface temperature must remain < 60°C during/after use (prevent burns).

Must include a detachable ash collection box for easy and convenient ash disposal.

Durable & Cost-Effective: Target design lifespan of about 1 year (assuming max. 24 uses/year). Avoid overly expensive materials; focus on value for money.

Efficiency Priority: The core design focus is maximizing combustion efficiency to handle large quantities of paper offerings in a short time.

Heat Insulation: The high-temperature shell must have effective heat insulation.

Easy Cleaning: Structure should allow for easy disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance.

Modular Structure: Design should incorporate detachable/components.

Two Versions:

Outdoor Version: Can have visible flames and smoke.

Indoor Version: Must suppress open flames and be smokeless during operation.
