AI Image Prompt System for Fragrance Products
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with AI image generation and product design prompts.
We have around 1,300 fragrance products, and we need to create a locked AI prompt/template that can be reused consistently for every product image.
The goal is not to manually design all 1,300 images from scratch. We need you to help create a strong master prompt and workflow that keeps the design consistent while only changing the fragrance-specific details.
We already have a sample design direction:
- 1:1 square product card
- left side: FRAG+BAR perfume bottle with fragrance-themed background
- right side: modern information panel
- “Inspired By” fragrance name
- Best For classification
- Extrait section
- Top Notes / Middle Notes / Base Notes or simplified hero-note layout
- 3 main hero ingredient icons
- disclaimer
- luxury ecommerce style
The main challenge is locking the prompt so the AI does not keep changing:
- bottle shape
- bottle size
- cap/lid
- label style
- logo font
- layout spacing
- note section font size
- right-side panel structure
- disclaimer placement
We need the prompt to allow only controlled changes:
- fragrance name
- notes
- 3 hero ingredients/icons
- best-for classification
- background mood/color palette based on the fragrance
The freelancer should help us create:
1. A final master prompt that can be reused for all 1,300 products
2. A shorter version where we only input the fragrance name
3. A stricter version where we input fragrance name + notes + hero ingredients if needed
4. Prompt rules to stop layout drift, bottle changes, logo changes, font changes, and spacing issues
5. A test batch of 3–5 fragrances to prove the prompt stays consistent
6. Suggestions for the best AI tool/workflow to mass-produce these images consistently
Important:
We do not want the AI to copy designer brand packaging exactly. The background should be inspired by the fragrance mood, color palette, and scent identity, but it must remain original and not use designer logos, monograms, or exact brand artwork.
