Help me Design and Develop a Cleaning product dispenser

I´m looking for a product developer to help me build a cleaning products dispenser.

This dispenser will be set on mini-markets, it needs to have slots for two cleaning products and calculate the product cost based only on the weight of the liquid.

We want to incentivize traditional packages' frequency of use, most of them are used one time only and thrown away.

The ideal service would be from product ideation to building the entire concept.
