Hardware Consultant – Enclosure & Electronics Setup for Commercial-Grade Vision Device

Description:
We are developing a compact, commercial-grade vision-enabled hardware product and require a consultant who can assist with:
- Enclosure design (CAD + materials) for embedded system with screen & camera
- Mounting and alignment of vision hardware (USB/MIPI camera)
- Integration of components (touchscreen, mini-PC, power, thermal layout)
- Precision mechanical design and component alignment critical
- Mechanical + electrical layout for prototype-ready design
- Guidance on sourcing components and low-volume manufacturing (CNC or SLS)
Ideal candidates have experience with:
- Computer vision or camera-based hardware (robotics, kiosk, lab, or medical devices)
- Jetson Nano/Xavier, Beelink, or Raspberry Pi-type systems
- Functional prototyping and DFM for short-run builds
- (Preferred but not required: experience with healthcare hardware)
Deliverables include design files, build plan, and sourcing support.
