German Equatorial Mount design (mechanical parts)

I'm looking for a professional designer to help me create the mechanical parts necessary for a German Equatorial Mount. Specifically, I need structural elements designed. I have a general idea about the specific dimensions needed, but am open to suggestions. My preference is for the parts to be made out of aluminum.
