Freelancer to design a foldable electric cycle

We need a designer to give us a ready to manufacture design for a foldable electric city bike, with all the simulations done, we need the mechanical design only, myself will work in the electric drive train. The 30k buyers will be our targeted customer and the bike should look like a lite MTB but a city rider
