Food Processing and manufacture

Currently we are a company that has 12 stores and one centralized distribution center. We want to slowly get into food processing and get our products out in more than just our stores. We want to get our hummus, garlic sauce, ranch, chipotle, meat marinades, and falafel out into supermarkets and large food wholesalers. The first step I took to this approach is to send our products to a lab and get shelf life testing, after this I plan to start incorporating preservatives into our products and send them back to the lab to insure they are working. Now I am trying to find an expert that I can contract hire to help design a food processing facility to our needs to get up and running.
