This project revolves around designing a complete personal-care face wash within the face-care category. The goal is to move from concept to a production-ready formula that feels gentle, cleans effectively, and can be scaled for manufacturing.
Deliverables I need
• A detailed ingredient list with exact percentages, functional rationale for each component, and compliance with common cosmetic regulations (EU/US/ASEAN).
• Step-by-step formulation procedure, including pH targets, mixing temperatures, and preservation strategy.
• Sensory and stability testing plan outlining the basic test parameters to confirm shelf life.
• A concise brief for packaging and labeling so that a separate supplier can validate compatibility with the formula.
Acceptance criteria
• Formula must achieve a mild, sulfate-free cleanse at a skin-friendly pH.
• Viscosity and clarity targets documented and met within ±10 %.
• All ingredients shown to be legally permitted in the intended regions and available at commercial scale.
