Experienced Merchandise Creator for Brand Launch

I’m currently looking for someone with experience in creating merchandise to help bring my brand to life. I already have logos and branding elements ready to go, but I don’t have any prior experience in designing or producing merch, so I’m looking for guidance and hands-on support through the process.
Here’s a quick overview of what I need:
Merchandise design assistance: Help applying my existing logo(s) to various items (shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.) and possibly expanding into other creative concepts using my brand.
Product recommendations: Insight into what types/styles of merchandise tend to perform well (materials, cuts, colors, etc.).
Printing & production guidance: Help finding a reliable vendor or platform (like Printful, Teespring, or custom bulk suppliers), and advice on file formatting, print methods (DTG, screen print, embroidery, etc.), and quantity decisions.
Store setup (optional): Assistance setting up an online store or integrating with platforms like Shopify, Etsy, or others if needed.
I’m open to collaborating with a freelancer, studio, or even partnering if there's a shared vision. Ideally, I’d like to work with someone who understands both the creative and logistical sides of merch and can help me avoid common pitfalls along the way.
