Enhance Bag-In-Bin Sweeper System Usability & Design

I am seeking an experienced industrial designer to revamp and enhance our Bag-In-Bin collection system used on the TF95 vacuum-sweeper. This project is focused around improving the overall ease of use for end consumers.
Key Improvement Areas:
- Simplification of operation procedure: The sweeper bin's current operations are complicated and need simplification. The ideal redesign would make everyday use more intuitive.
- General usability enhancements: Beyond operation procedure, any proposals to improve accessibility, control, or general customer experience would be welcomed.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Industrial Design: A strong background in product or general industrial design is required.
- User Experience design: Experience with usability and user interface improvements is crucial.
