Engineering design and construct plans for a compressed gas hand tool
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
To be designed are plans for an interchangeable rechargeable compressed gas/air hand piece for industrial application.
I have attached some pictures below to give a brief overview of what I have in mind.
1. Hand piece
ergonomic design to easily be operated by 1 hand
trigger to be operated by 1 or 2 fingers
bottom of tool is where the canister will screw into the hand piece
smaller design to maximize areas the tool can work in
interchangeable nozzles to swap from: long steel nozzle, hose piece
the swapping to nozzles to be threaded on/off by fingers, not spanners
2. Canister
500g size (roughly a deodorant can size)
threaded top to screw into hand piece
rechargeable connection point to standard air compressor for recharge
blow off valve for set psi so canister isn't over pressurized
Both the canister, handle and nozzles to come complete in a kit
I would like and artist impression of each item/s, which I can then take to have designed and manufactured.
