The core functionality of the models is already established; your primary responsibility will be to create aesthetically pleasing and functional mechanical enclosures to house them.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical enclosures for engineering training models.
Ensure all hardware and software components are properly fitted and secured within the enclosure.
Incorporate company branding elements, including logos and color schemes, into the enclosure design.
Select appropriate materials for durability, aesthetics, and functionality.
Create prototypes and refine designs based on feedback.
Ensure the final product is presentable, professional, and suitable for educational settings.
Provide detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
Collaborate with our R&D team to ensure design compatibility and functionality.
Requirements:
Proven experience in mechanical design and packaging.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
Ability to incorporate branding elements into designs.
