Durable Plastic Baseball Cap Hat Clamp

I'm seeking a skilled designer/engineer to create a two-part, full surface area hat clamp specifically for baseball caps.
Key Requirements:
- Designed to be made from sturdy, yet lightweight, plastic.
- The clamp must be exceptionally durable to withstand repeated use.
- A two-part design is necessary, with distinct top and bottom sections that will be squeezed together with C clamps.
-top and bottom sections should be separate, upper part to cup top side of the cap including brim, and bottom part to fill inner cap and squeeze brim as well.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in product design and engineering, particularly using plastic.
- Prior experience designing for durability.
- Knowledge of baseball cap dimensions and design would be a plus.
Attached is the general idea. I will be using contact cement to adhere custom cut Neolite rubber designs to hats and will be utilizing the two part clamp to ensure the tightest bond possible. In essence it will be a hat block with a brim extension built in, and an upper half to compress everything together with C clamps. The rubber material is 2mm thick so I suppose there will have to be about 1-1.5mm omnidirectional resizing on molds to compensate for the thickness of the material to properly fit the hat in the mold for compression. I would provide a Lidar scan of the hat to make the proportions of the mold correctly.
