Designing a vending machine

I would like to design a vending machine that can handle about 500 products and each rack can handle over 50 of the same products and i want it the products to come down safely. So what i want is the customer can order more then one product at a time and all can come down safely at the same time. Basically i want to make a mini market drive through and i need a person who can make the design.
