Designing a Thermal/Cooler bag

I would like to design a thermal bag to the specifications of 17"x9"x11". The thermal bag's use is for meal prepping and carrying equipment specific to pilots. It must be insulated, and have additional pockets to hold thermal packs, pilot's headsets, and other miscellanious items. There will also be shelving units located inside of the bag used for the meal prepping.
