Designing Prototypes and Finding A Manufacturer For A Product

I need someone who can help draw up prototypes for products and someone that can connect us to a manufacturer that can produce the products.The product being created is a type of glasses that has a special type of lens. The glasses will be made into different designs with the same lenses used in every pair of glasses. I need to develop multiple prototypes. If you can help me find a manufacturer that can do this and if you can start by helping us create prototypes, that would be great.
