Design system Figma - React implementation (long -term project)

We are a software company in the process of moving to a new design system. We use Material UI and need a developer + designer to help us style the components & document the system.

The project:
Design the rest of the needed components, improve the current ones for the design system, and create respective design tokens. (Please check on PrintScreen attached)
Design Documentation for developers with everything necessary to develop the react components in a seamless way.

UI designer requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working specifically with design systems development and documentation
- Passion for creating and maintaining design systems, and helping product designers in applying them across apps and services to create a suite of elegant provider products.
- Experience working across different teams to create consensus and provide deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills are a must, as well as coolness under pressure, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to mediate and cope with rapid change.
- Experience working with developers
- Basic knowledge about React framework
- Figma medium/expert Knowledge
- UI tokens and responsiveness knowledge

To select the designer for the project, we expect to have a budget proposal with timeframes accordingly.
