Design and suggest materials needed to build a prototype

I am looking for an engineer to assist in concept development for a prototype that I would like to have made. With the current sketch that I have I would like to have someone design a 3D model of it as well as render other possible options that may possibly make the idea better. I am looking for assistance suggesting the layout (being material and parts) for the foundation for the prototype as well. After signing NDA attached I will elaborate on product idea.
