Design simple CPO processing machine for small industry

I need design for making CPO(crude palm oil) from raw until produce OLEIN(cooking oil).
Requirement:
1. Final output must fine & clean cooking oil. (Chemical must to writen).
2. Machine must to be make at the lowest price.(because this small industry/startup).
3. Production must effective, efficient, and very lowest waste.(tell me the production flow)
4. Write how to process all waste to become a valuable.
So i want this production to zero waste.
All machine must easy and simple to make with general part easy to find.
