Design a new aluminum extrusion style racing simulator

We're looking for someone who is creative and can help us design a new style racing simulator using aluminum extrusions. The aluminum extrusion can be bend or can be different color. I have attached a few of our current designs. Keep in mind, since we will be bringing these product to market, cost saving is also very important. Less material but sturdy is the key.
