Design a mechanically extending product

The project is to design a product which extends/opens and contracts/closes on a wheel along a rail according to the rough sketch attached. There is a button which allows the extension to slide down and stops the wheels once closed. There is a stopper at the bottom to stop the wheels from sliding out of the system. The design submission should include files for final manufacturing.
