Design and build a 4 head Automatic Counter pressure filling machine with a level sensor cutoff.
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
The machine will fill glass bottles from a pressurised keg ( Pressurised vessel).
The bottle will be loaded on to the filling station manually. The first step will be purging the air with CO2. Then pressuring the bottle and start filling it till the level required is reached. At this point the beverage valve will close and the bottle is depressurised and can be removed. The flow rate of beverage is controlled with a valve.
The design will include construction drawings and parts list. It should be a complete blueprint on how to start and complete the build out. Recommendation for fabricators will be appreciated as well.
