Design of Vertical Wind Turbine and Solar Panels - CAD and basic design engineering

I need the conceptual design for a small vertical wind turbine with solar panels on top of it. Your work is to generate a mechanical and electrical design that leads to a CAD 3D model (using the methodology design for fabrication), rendering, 3D printing files, bill of materials. You can use and modify the open source designs that are available online. The electronics, if any could be an arduino, and all the components should be easily available commercially. A small prototype will be assembled from your work (you can assemble it and ship it, I will pay you extra).

Deliverable
- CAD files (source pus STP plus Fusion 360 or Inventor files)
- 2D fabrication drawings (mechanical and electrical)
- Rendering Pictures
- Bill of materials
- 3D printing files (.stl)
- Basic stress analysis
- Basic power output information and how it will scale up on a larger design
- Documentation explaining the design and fabrication
- If any electronics is used then source code
