Design a Twist-Lock Cap for Reusable Aluminum Beverage Cans

We are seeking an experienced product designer or engineer to create a twist-lock cap design for reusable aluminum beverage cans. This innovative design will allow aluminum cans to be reused, reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
Project Requirements:
Design a Twist-Lock Cap: The cap should be designed to securely fit onto a standard aluminum beverage can, allowing it to be sealed and reopened multiple times. The design should incorporate the existing materials and only tweak the design of the can's cap without adding new materials like silicone, etc.
Compatibility with Existing Can Sizes: The design should be adaptable to common aluminum can sizes (300 ml and 500 ml).
Design Tools: Ideally, the design should be made using CAD software (such as Tinkercad, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, etc.) and the final deliverables should be in a common format that can be easily viewed and modified.
Technical Specifications: The design should include all necessary measurements, specifications, and details required to manufacture the twist-lock cap.
Manufacturing Considerations: Please consider the manufacturing process and how the design will affect it. It's crucial that the design can be easily adapted to current manufacturing processes with minimal alterations.
