Design of Shoulder mounted suction unit for automatic dry garbage collection

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a shoulder mounted suction unit for automatic dry garbage collection. The unit should have the following specifications:
Weight capacity: Less than 10kg
Size requirements: Compact
Power source: Battery-powered
Ideal candidate should have experience in designing compact, lightweight devices powered by batteries. Experience in CAD modelling (preferably in Solidworks). The design must be backed by design calculation with scientific justification. The candidate should be able to design a unit that is easy to use and comfortable to wear. The design should be aesthetically pleasing and visually appealing. The candidate should be able to provide sketches and 3D models of the design for review before finalizing the project. The specifications of the required unit may be discussed in later discussions.
Successful development of CAD modeling, an fluid flow (Air flow) analysis has to be performed which can prove the concept reliable and convincing to manufacture.
