Background: As a manufacturer of self-service automation kiosks, our company relies on quality designs to create products that are both functional and visually appealing. The kiosks we produce are complex structures that require precise engineering and fabrication, with a particular emphasis on sheet metal design. To reduce welding and improve efficiency in our manufacturing process, we need a designer who can create designs that use modular assembly, sheet metal tabs and slots, and other techniques to minimize the need for welding. We need someone who can work with our team to understand our product requirements, collaborate on design ideas, and deliver high-quality designs that meet our needs.

Project Scope: The scope of this project is to hire a designer who can create quality designs for self-service automation kiosks. The designer will work with our team to understand our product requirements and develop designs that use modular assembly, sheet metal tabs and slots, and other techniques to reduce welding and improve efficiency in our manufacturing process. The project will include the following tasks: 1. Reviewing our product requirements and specifications 2. Creating 2D and 3D design concepts for self-service automation kiosks 3. Collaborating with our team to refine design concepts 4. Creating detailed engineering drawings for fabrication 5. Providing design files in CAD and CAM formats for laser cutting and bending 6. Providing ongoing design support and modifications as needed

Requirements: 1. Experience: Designers who have experience in sheet metal design and kiosk (or similar product) manufacturing. They should have a portfolio of past projects that demonstrate their expertise and creativity. 2. Design Skills: The designer should be able to create 2D and 3D design concepts that are both functional and visually appealing. They should also be able to use sheet metal tabs and slots, modular assembly, and other techniques to reduce welding and improve efficiency. 3. Communication Skills: The designer should be able to communicate effectively with our team and provide regular updates on their progress. They should also be open to feedback and willing to make changes as needed. 4. Technical Skills: The designer should be proficient in CAD and CAM software and able to create design files that can be used by our manufacturing team.
