Design a Low cost Air Purifier

We are looking to design and manufacture a low cost HEPA air purifier for domestic use. Must work perfectly well but be low cost at the same time. Modern, clean, functional design. This will be the basic unit. After this product is launched there will be other versions designed with more functionality such as IoT etc. Want a quick turnaround time in developing this product.
