Design 3D CAD Image of new pet product

Hi, I am the owner of a pet product company and would like help in designing a new dog product we have in mind to be trialed and then possibly taken to market. We would like to get a design made so we can create a prototype.
I would like to find someone to help design a CAD image of a single piece, plastic, ball throwing and poo scoop device for dogs. It is made up of a sloped handle with tennis ball holder and scoop device on the end that a plastic bag will attach to. There will also need to be 2 incisions on the handle arm that plastic bag handles will attach too when used for scooping.
Whilst it's a simple design it will need to be of certain dimensions in order for a tennis ball to fit and be held within the holder at the end.
