Design an Aluminum Sheet Metal Snowmobile Storage Bag (Fusion 360, CNC-Ready)
Budget: $30 ā $250 USD
I'm looking for a skilled designer to create a custom aluminum sheet metal snowmobile storage bag. The design must meet the following specifications:
Weather-Tight Seal: Similar to a cooler, the storage bag should have a weather-tight seal to protect contents from the elements.
Good Latches: The design must incorporate strong, durable latches to securely close the bag.
Quick Disconnect Locking System: The storage bag needs to include a quick-disconnect locking system so it can be easily removed from the snowmobile tunnel. See attachments for some ideas/examples.
Plasma CNC Ready: All parts must be designed to be cut on a plasma CNC machine. The design must also accommodate bending and welding for fabrication.
Layered Design for Insulation: The bag should have layers to allow for the addition of insulated foam between the layers for temperature control.
Lightweight: The overall design should be lightweight while still maintaining strength and durability.
Sheet Metal File Format: The final design must be delivered in a sheet metal file, preferably compatible with Fusion 360.
