Day Bag Design - Tech Pack Needed

Hello, I am an entrepreneur new to the apparel industry. I have created freehand drawings of a unisex, cross body day bag (multiple angles and most measurements included). I need help turning these drawings into a tech pack that a manufacturer can use to create a prototype. Tech pack must be comprehensive (we can discuss the details on this but I believe they typically include: design sketches, measurements and specs, colorways, bill of materials, material images, packing instructions, care instructions, construction details). Must have prior experience creating tech packs. Must be able to review the design and point out and adjust any manufacturing flaws or recommendations. Must make adjustments to tech pack throughout manufacturing process. Image included is an example of a similar style only.
