Custom Wood Bookmarks Crafting
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My book club would like a batch of bespoke wooden bookmarks featuring our own artwork. The core material should be quality wood—lightweight yet sturdy enough for daily use—finished smoothly so pages are never damaged.
I will supply the vector file of our custom design; it can be transferred to the wood either through laser engraving for a crisp, recessed look or high-resolution printing if that suits your equipment better. If one technique proves more durable or vivid than the other, please advise before production begins.
Deliverables
• A short prototype runs 1 unit showing both engraving and printed versions for approval
• Final production of 6 custom bookmarks (to be confirmed once the sample is approved)
• Each bookmark trimmed, sanded, and sealed for longevity, ready to use straight out of the box
• Secure, eco-friendly packaging suitable for group distribution
Acceptance criteria
• Design reproduced accurately at the agreed dimensions
• No splinters, rough edges, or misalignments
• Uniform finish across the entire batch
